Secondly, it aids in identifying strengths and weaknesses in the training process, enabling the organization to improve future training. Lastly, it contributes to enhancing the experience and satisfaction of trainees and trainers, leading to better engagement and overall performance.
Timing of the measurement tool application: The survey is provided at an appropriate time after a certain period in the program to enable participants to give an informed evaluation based on their longitudinal experience. Some courses require feedback after completing each course content and before receiving the certificate.
Utilizing results and decision-making based on them: The results and analyses derived from measuring beneficiaries' satisfaction will be used to improve future training programs by adapting the educational content or methods based on participant feedback.
