This policy applies to all trainers and trainees who need assistance with the Medad educational platform, software, or technical resources.
Support Channels

Services Offered
Our technical support services include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting platform or software issues
- Assistance with account setup, access, and security
- Guidance on using educational tools and resources
- Support for devices and software related to our educational services
Operating Hours
Our technical support team is available from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time). Support requests received outside these hours will be addressed the next working day.
Response Times
- Immediate Support Needs: For issues that affect your ability to participate in training activities, we aim to respond within 2 working hours and provide a solution or alternative within 24 hours.
- General Support Requests: For non-critical issues, we will address your request within 4 working hours, providing a resolution within 48 hours.
